mass store is not working...its says "unfortunately system UI has stopped" ....plz give me a solution

As i think, i found three bugs. I freshly installed it as steps mentioned. First, call crashed approximately 2-3/10. Second, it shows default storage as m.card, changing it to internal memory doesn't implement, as it installed apps to memory card, after changing default write disk as internal. Third, it doesn't shows fresh installed app on menu after installation, as i need to found and launch them from app list under settings.

If could possible, decrease the space between icons on menu or make 5*5 grid too. There is much gap between icons.

I also noticed that zip files are alwayd failed after 98-99% download. I try yo download various zip files between 60-450mb files on 4G connection, but it shows as failed everytime after reaching 98-99% downloading.
